1. Are you a headphone and earphone manufacturer or a trading company?
We are an OEM and ODM-focused manufacturer established in 2005. And, we have been providing OEM and ODM services for customers worldwide for more than 16 years. We do outsourcing as per request also.
2. Has the factory been audited or verified?
Yes. We are an Alibaba verified golden supplier. And, we are a manufacturer verified by SGS with BSCI, ISO 9001:2015, and more.
3. What are the major advantages of our factory?

We have been working with many international brands, such as Jaybird, Treblab, Senso, Tagg, and more.
5. Does your factory have the R& D team?
Yes. We have the R &D team for the original and creative new designs. The R&D team includes graphic designers, 3D designers, electronics engineers, acoustic engineers, molding engineers, and more. In all, it is a team of more than ten experienced engineers.
6. Do you have any product design patents?
Yes, most of our factory products are original and private designs, and for most of them, we applied for the design patents.
7. Do you have testing reports and certificates for headphones and earphones?
We have all the necessary and essential certificates and reports for most of the hot-selling models, such as CE, ROHS, FCC, MSDS, UN38.3, KC, and more.
8. What's the quality of the products made in your factory?
Our quality control department strictly controls the quality based on the ISO 9001 standards, the related AQL standards, or related specific requirements from customers in the factory.
9. What are the payment term options available?
For small orders, usually, 100% by T/T in advance. For big orders, such as 3000 pcs or 5000 pcs, we can do based on 30% deposit, and 70% balance payment before the delivery date by T/T. For huge orders, we accept irrevocable L/C at sight. While, for Ready to ship orders, please make payment online.Thanks!
10. What are the packing options for your products?
For small orders, usually, use the existing standard neutral package. For orders more than 1000 pcs, we welcome customized packages. Major package options are blister, window box, gift box, rigid gift box, and more for headphones and earphones.
11. What's the minimum order quantity of your products?
Usually, for wireless models, the MOQ is 1000 pcs. For wired models, the MOQ is 3000 pcs. For small orders, we are focused on some hot models and existing options; the MOQ can be 3 or 5 pcs.
12. Do you accept small customized orders and provide drop shipping services?
Yes, but this is for hot-selling models only. The customized logo order can be like 100-500pcs. For drop shipping services, please check with the sales team; we need to check the tariffs and logistic services and then get back to you accordingly.
13. What's the lead time and production capacity of your factory?
For small orders, the lead time is 15 to 25 days. For big orders, the lead time is 45-60 days. If you have any special Lead time requests, please check with the sales team. Thanks!
14. How can I place an order?
You can contact any of our salespeople for an order. Please provide the details of your requirements as straightforward as possible. So we can send you the offer right away. For designing or further discussion, it is better to contact us with messenger, Skype, Whatsapp, Wechat, email, or other instant ways, in case of any delays.
15. When can I get the price?
Usually, we quote our best price within 12 hours after we get your inquiry.
16. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require samples to check our quality. Free for a blank sample to check the design and velvet quality, as long as you afford the express freight. For the OEM logo printed sample, we will check $30-$100 to cover the cost on film&printing. We'll refund the sample cost after confirming the formal order.
17. How long can I expect to get the samples?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will usually be ready in 3-7 days.The samples will be sent to you via express and will arrive in 3-7 days.
18. What kind of files do you accept for Logo or packaging printing?
We accept AI, PDF, CDR, EPS, etc.
19. Can you do the design for us?
Yes, We have a professional team having rich experience in gift velvet bag design and manufacturing and Logo & packaging design.

20. What are your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CNF, etc.
